Spacious 4 Bedroom Home with South Facing Pool and large Lanai
Relax and enjoy your Florida break in this tastefully decorated 4 bedroom home in the gated community of Mission Park in the Four Corners Area. The home features an open floor plan with a large Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room and a South facing private Pool with Spa and over-sized Pool Deck. The covered Lanai has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ/Grill, provided free of charge, perfect for sunset dining.
The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed and a large en-suite Bathroom. In addition the home has two Queen size Bedrooms, one Twin Bedroom and a Hall Bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen Cable TV's and Ceiling Fans. To help you relax after a long day at the parks cool off in the pool, watch a movie or play a game. There is a DVD Player just bring some DVD's or simply rent a movie at a RedBox location, minutes away. In the Games Room is a Ping Pong Table and a Foosball Table for a bit of competitive action. There are also two Bikes to take a spin around the community.
Free WIFI and Phone calls within the USA and to Canada and Puerto Rico. A Wall Safe is provided to store any valuables.
Traveling with small Children, we have you covered. The home has a Pack 'n' Play, High Chair and Stroller.

This fabulous Villa is ideally located in the gated community of Mission Park on Hwy 27 just 3 miles North of Hwy 192 and close to all the Parks and the many Attractions. The drive to the Disney World Gate takes approx. 15 minutes, to SeaWorld about 30 minutes and the Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away.
Grocery shopping is nearby including Publix and Walmart. For eating out, there are Restaurants, Pubs, Pizzerias and all major fast-food Chains all located within 3 miles on Hwy 27.
There are many Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa.

A perfect villa for our family. Everywhere was clean and well-maintained. The pool area was gorgeous, just as the photos show it. A fantastic home from home. Couldn't fault a thing. The kids loved the games room and the outside area was so relaxing. The location couldn't have been better for us, we enjoyed the proximity to the theme parks, restaurants and the shops are just a stone's throw away. Lastly, the owners were very attentive and answered any questions we had. We loved the villa so much that as we write this review we have just booked again and cannot wait to go back.

The house is amazing and the pictures do it justice. We found after a long day at the parks the house was a home away from home. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. The house is so well equipped, everything you think you may need is there and more. The owners are very attentive and we will return.

We were amazed at the beauty, comfort, and amenities of this house. Very family friendly with two pack and plays and two high chairs, plenty of room for our family of 5 and one other couple. The pool was spacious, with steps for children and a warmer “hot tub” area. The master suite bathtub is glorious. There is ping pong and foose ball, and the home is in a fenced community with easy to use keypad and security system. Everything was clean and in working order and there were plenty of towels for the pool and shower. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking and eating supplies, and a grill out back. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this home to anyone going to Disney or the Orlando area.
